Bloomington Hospital and Healthcare System needed to appeal to a diverse college-town population with advertising for its new maternity ward. By presenting the unconventional, individual services with a professional feel and introducing real faces to the service line, the What A Mom Wants campaign connected with patients from across Bloomington's socioeconomic spectrum.


KGB involvement: consumer and staff research, organized strategy, all creative, photography, print production including newspaper, direct mail and outdoor, radio production and media recommendations.
